What will my first session involve?

Upon your arrival for your first session your will be asked to fill out a client history form which will be discussed in detail. We will then work together to determine the best protocol to work on. Most of the work is done on the massage table whilst I use muscle testing in combination with hand modes and using the body, to gather information and determine where the stress is located in the body. Once the energetic imbalances are located, I will then use the body to investigate the emotional side of things which is causing these energetic blockages in the body. When emotional stress is brought to our consciousness, it's is much easier to integrate and release. I will the correct these imbalances using a number of techniques which include positive affirmations, sound, chakra healing, acupressure, healing hands and essenses.

What can I expect after my sessions?

During a Kinesiology session blockages or issues that have been in the way of you experiencing optimum health, happiness and wellbeing will be released, helping your body restore its natural balance.

What can you experience after a Kinesiology session?

  • Feeling calm, happy, euphoric, and a sense of relief. Enjoy.

  • Energetic, motivated, inspired, positive, pain free and stress free.

  • Overwhelming emotions lasting a day or two.  All that was subconscious has now been brought to your conscious awareness so that it can be diffused.  This is a positive reaction as you can now choose to consciously act instead of unconsciously react.

  • Feeling tired for a couple of days.  Your body is releasing toxins held from long term stress and is working extra hard to eliminate these toxins.  Rest.

  • A headache or new pain due to the detoxing affect.  Drink plenty of water.

  • After a muscular pain or physical pain balance, limit any physical activity for 5 days to allow the area worked on, time to settle and hold in their new pattern.

  • For physical muscular balances, the pain might have moved to another area as the bodies holding new pattern has shifted.  This is a positive sign.

Important:

  • Drink at least 2 litres of water a day for the next couple of days.

  • Don’t over react or make any major life decisions for a couple of days after a balance, your body is emotionally, physically and mentally adjusting.

  • Take note that with an emotional or physical issue, there may be several layers to the same issue that need to be unravelled until it’s resolved.  Be patient.

Kinesiology uses your body’s own innate healing energy to lay down new pathways giving you a chance to make new choices more easily and with less stress attached.

Be gentle with yourself and allow yourself to go through the changes.

Be kind, patient, trust, believe, and appreciate yourself.
